千葉県富津市お客様宅の外壁塗装、屋根塗装工事が完工致しました！
築年数は20年で、そろそろ塗り替えが必要だと思い検討していて、偶然ホームページで見つけた当社にお問い合わせいただいたそうです。ありがとうございます！
現場を確認したところ、レンガ調サイディングの壁は、汚れや色褪せ、チョーキングが見られます。クラックといわれるヒビ割れも確認できました。
屋根も色褪せ、スレートのうきが見られたため、塗り替え時期です。
施工の流れとしては、足場仮設、屋根・外壁高圧洗浄、養生、下地補修、屋根塗装（三度塗り）、外壁塗装（三度塗り）という工程です。
今回外壁には、レンガ模様を生かすために、透明塗料のピュアライドUVプロテクトクリヤーを使用しました。
またスレート瓦の屋根は、アドグリーンコートで施工しました。 そして、コーキングをすべて、20年耐久のコーキング材、オートンイクシードで打ち直し、雨樋なども塗り直して完了です！
施工後は、新築の頃に戻ったようだ、と喜んでいただきました！
