千葉県木更津市のお客様宅の外壁塗装・屋根塗装工事が完工いたしました。
こちらのお客様は、ホームページを見てお問合せいただき、点検にお伺いしたところ、外壁・屋根ともに状態はあまり良いものではありませんでした。
築１５年くらいとのことでしたので、ノーメンテナンスだと、やはり劣化は進みます。
外壁は、チョーキングや汚れで北側の壁にはコケも生えて黒ずんでいました。
コーキングはひび割れが随所にあり、このタイミングでお問い合わせをいただき、良かったです。
屋根はコケや一部ヒビも見られました。
３社お見積もりを取られており、当社は２番目でしたが、コーキングのことや、下地処理までちゃんと説明してくれたから、ということで、当社にご依頼いただくことになりました。

今回使用した塗料は、外壁はアステックペイントの超低汚染リファイン、屋根は同じくアステックのスーパーシャネツサーモという遮熱塗料を施工いたしました。
また色もこれまでの色よりも明るく温かみのある色をご希望されており、カラーシミュレーションでツートンカラーで決まり、施工させて抱きました。
施工後は、お客様も喜んでいただき、ご親戚の方をご紹介いただけるとのことで、職人冥利に尽きるお言葉です。
