千葉県富津市のS様より、外壁塗装・付帯部塗装、駐車場塗装のご依頼をいただきました。
こちらの工事が完了いたしましたので、ご紹介させていただきます。
今回S様邸で工事をさせていただいたのは、以下の部分になります。
外壁塗装
今回のS様邸でのメインの工事は外壁塗装でした。
S様邸の外壁の色は白で、1階部分には駐車場のための鉄骨部分もあったため、施工前には汚れや錆も目立っていました。
外壁塗装前にはカラーシミュレーションを行い、S様のご希望も反映しながらいくつかの色を提案させて頂きました。
その結果、白とネイビーの色を使用したデザインが採用されました。

付帯部塗装
今回のS様邸の工事では、外壁とともに付帯部の塗装も行わせていただきました。
外壁塗装を行う際には、付帯部もあわせて塗装を行うと、お住まい全体が新築の頃のような美観を取り戻すのでおすすめです。
駐車場塗装
今回のS様邸の工事では、駐車場の塗装も行わせていただきました。
S様邸の駐車場の骨組みは金属の素材が使用されているので、施工前には錆も目立っていましたが、施工後は新築のように綺麗になりました。
また、錆び止めの塗料も塗布しているので、当面は錆に悩まされることはありません。
